Positive, Location is prime near the beach and Blue Line Park. The staff were amazing and helped return my forgotten passport quickly. There’s a solid cafe in the lobby for breakfast and several convenience stores nearby. The room had a nice scent of the sea on the towels. 😊

The stay was enjoyable with a great atmosphere created by the complimentary spa that opens at 5am, perfect for early risers. Additionally, the gentle scent of the sea on the towels added a unique touch to the experience. However, the parking fee in the adjacent tower was an extra cost, and the overall vibe felt a bit outdated, making it clear the facilities could use some renovation.

It was just a decent option for a city break in Busan with value for money. The spa area was nice and provided a good place to unwind after a long day exploring. Bring some air freshener if you can, the musty smell in some rooms can be strong.

I stayed at Benikea Hotel Haeundae for work and had a very positive experience. The room was in good condition, spacious, and well-furnished, with amenities such as a fridge and kettle. I truly appreciated the complimentary access to the sauna and spa facilities, which included multiple hot tubs and saunas. The hotel’s location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach and local dining options. The staff were efficient and multilingual, making communication easy.
